About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2021 No. 100

Based on the paragraph of third No. 143 "About support of economy" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts one of Item 21 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2020

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2021 No. 100 "About temporary measures for price stabilization on socially important essential goods" the following changes:

in Item 1:

the second after the words "Since March 1, 2021." to add part with the words "till December 14, 2021.";

after part two to add Item with parts of the following content:

"Since December 15, 2021:

the monthly change in price for socially important essential goods to the price of these goods which developed the last day of the last month, and in case of lack of goods for this date - for date of the previous realization * these goods, or to the price of goods of the same version and packings cannot exceed in December, 2021 - February, 2022 - percent 0,9, in March-December, 2022 - percent 0,3;

operation of this resolution does not extend to the relations connected with realization of socially important essential goods at the exchange biddings and within public procurements.

* For the purposes of this resolution date of the previous realization is understood as date of the last sales of goods for prior 12 months.

Since January 1, 2022 each subsequent change of the price can be performed taking into account its admissible increase for previous period of calendar year.
