Millie Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic, being guided by Item 1 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, decides:

Article 1. 1.1. In paragraph three of part 3 of Article 14 and in the subitem of "i" of part 2 of Article 38 to exclude the words "including with disability 18 years are younger";

1.2. In the second offer of part "Note" of Article 74 of the word "group of disability or disability aged up to 18 years" shall be replaced with words "disability according to percent of malfunction of organism";

1.3. In paragraph seven of part 1 of Article 79 of the word "up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health or disability of the I group" shall be replaced with words "with the established disability aged to 18 years or with violation of functions of organism for 81-100 percent";

1.4. Regarding the 2nd Article 91 of the word "with disability 1 or 2 groups" shall be replaced with words "disability is established in connection with violation of functions of body for 61-100 percent";

1.5. Regarding 3rd Article 94 of the word "including with limited opportunities of health aged to 18 years" to exclude, and shall be replaced with words the words "with limited opportunities of health" "with the established disability aged to 18 years";

1.6. Regarding 1 Article 117 of the word "limited opportunities of health" shall be replaced with words "disability till 18 years";

1.7. Regarding the 2nd Article 119 of the word "from group of disability" shall be replaced with words "from percent of violation of functions of organism" and to exclude from this part of the word "including with disability to 18 years";

1.8. On Article 130 part one:

1.8.1. In the Item "g" of the word "group of disability" shall be replaced with words "percent of malfunction of organism" and to exclude from this Item of the word "including with limited opportunities to 18 years";

1.8.2. In the Items and "l" of the word "up to 18 years with disability" shall be replaced with words "up to 18 years with the established disability";

1.9. In the paragraph the second part 3 Articles 133, parts 2 of Article 242 and the first offer of part 1 of Article 245 of the word "limited opportunities of health" shall be replaced with words "disability aged up to 18 years";

1.10. In the second offer of part 3 of Article 232 to exclude the words "including with disability aged to 18 years".

Article 2. 4.1. State Article 84.2.3 in the following edition:

"84.2.3. Persons in need the husband or the wife who are looking after the general child is more senior than 18 years to which disability up to 18 years is established or disability in connection with violation of functions of organism for 81-100 percent is established;";

4.2. Repeal Article 84.2.4;

4.3. State Article 85.1.2 in the following edition:

"85.1.2. The needing ex-husband (wife) who is looking after the general child is more senior than 18 years to which disability up to 18 years is established or disability in connection with violation of functions of organism for 81-100 percent is established;".

Article 5. 6.2. In the second paragraph of Article 106.2 to exclude the words "including children up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health".

Article 7. In Article 80.4 of the word "to persons with disability of the first and second group, to children up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health" shall be replaced with words "to persons with the established disability in connection with violation of functions of organism from 61 to 100 percent, to persons with the established disability to 18 years";

7.2. In Article 82. 2, in the first offer of Article 95. 2, in the second offer of Article 100.2 and in the second offer of Article 104.1 of the word "with disability of the first and second group, to 18 years with limited opportunities of health" shall be replaced with words "to persons with the established disability in connection with violation of functions of organism from 61 to 100 percent, to persons with the established disability to 18 years";

7.3. In Articles 91. 99.3 and 120.5 words "with disability of the first and second group" shall be replaced with words 8, "disability is established in connection with violation of functions of body for 61-100 percent";

7.4. In Article 175.3 of the word "with disability of the first and second group" shall be replaced with words "disability is established in connection with violation of functions of body for 61-100 percent" and to exclude from this Article of the word "including children up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health".

Article 8. Make the following changes to the Housing Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 8, Article 612; 2011, No. 12, Article 1108; 2012, No. 6, Article 501; 2017, No. 5, Article 732, No. 7, Article 1298, No. 11, Article 2190; 2019, No. 1, Article 14, No. 3, Article 368, No. 5, Article 814, No. 8, Article 1375; 2020, No. 6, Article 670, No. 7, Article 832):

8.1. In Article 95 to exclude the words "including children up to 18 years with limited opportunities of health";

8.2. State Article 102.2.4 in the following edition:

"102.2.4. Persons with the established disability owing to violation of functions of organism for 61-100 percent as a result of labor accident because of the employer, person with the established disability owing to violation of functions of organism for 61-100 percent as a result of occupational disease, the military personnel with the established disability, owing to wound, contusion or violation of functions of organism for 61-100 percent as a result of disease in connection with execution of military obligations.".

Article 9. 9.3. In Article 64.0.16 of the word "with disability of the I group" shall be replaced with words "disability is established in connection with violation of functions of body for 81-100 percent".

Article 10.
