About modification of the Procedure for expense recovery for storage of goods and vehicles in warehouses of customs authorities

According to Article 239 of Chapter 37 of the Section VII of the Customs code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, for the purpose of enhancement of the mechanism of expense recovery for storage of goods and vehicles in warehouses of customs authorities I ORDER:

1. According to the procedure of expense recovery for storage of goods and vehicles in warehouses of customs authorities, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 15, 2012 731, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 09, 2012 for No. 1140/21452:

The word "sixth" to replace 1) in Item 1 of the Section I with the word "seventh";

2) in Item 8 of the Section II:

after the paragraph of the fifth to add with the new paragraph the sixth the following content:

"time during which goods, vehicles were stored in warehouse of customs authority in connection with the decision of customs authority made in pursuance of imperious managerial functions which was cancelled further and/or is recognized in the procedure established by the legislation as illegal. Calculation of duration of such time is perfromed based on the documents confirming the fact of decision making by customs authority and documents by which such decision was cancelled and/or is recognized in the procedure established by the legislation illegal and is drawn up by the report or the service record on the head of customs authority or person fulfilling its duties;".
