About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2020 No. 153-1

Based on article 9-2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 30, 2014 "About measures for prevention of legalization of income gained in the criminal way of financing of terrorist activities and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 165-Z

1. Bring in Item 1 of the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2020 No. 153-1 "About information on activities of public associations and funds" the following changes:

the fourth subitem 1.2.1 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"the events held by public association in year with indication of their purposes and content, participants, including journalists, bloggers, moderators of communities in social networks;";

in subitem 1.2.2:

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"receipts from the foreign and international organizations with indication of data on these organizations, and also cash amounts and specific property;";
