About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In Item 3 of article 10 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845/1992 (Monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, 2, Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to state the last paragraph to No. in the following edition:
"implementation of private security activities on the objects provided by appendix 4 to the Law on private detective and security activities No. 283/2003.".
Art. II. - In the Law on private detective and security activities No. 283/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 200-203, 769), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. Part (Article 23 to state 10) in the following edition:
"(10) private security activities on the objects provided by appendix 4 Are forbidden.".
2. Add the law with appendix 4 following of content:
"Appendix 4
The list of objects on which implementation of private security activities is forbidden
1. The ministries and organizational structures falling within the scope of their competence
2. The central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government, and organizational structures falling within the scope of their competence
3. Autonomous administrative authorities
4. The public organizations created by the Government
5. Bodies of local public authority of the first and second levels, and also bodies of local public authority of special level, including the organizations created by them
6. Degrees of jurisdiction and bodies of prosecutor's office
7. The state companies and/or commercial societies with the state capital and commercial societies with mainly state capital
8. National Bank of Moldova
9. Objects for warehousing and storage of weapon, ammunition, explosive and radioactive materials
10. Objects for warehousing and storage of narcotic, psychotropic substances and precursors (except for private medical institutions and drugstores)".
