Add Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582 "About the basic principles of determination of the rent in case of lease of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and about Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, the Art. 3821), Item 5 (2) the following content:

"5(2). The amount of the rent concerning the parcels of land provided without tendering for placement of subjects to welfare appointment, construction and which operation are performed at the expense of means of the federal budget for the purpose of program implementation of social and economic development of the Russian Federation, state programs of the Russian Federation, and also national projects can be established by the Government of the Russian Federation based on offers of Federal Registration Service.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
