Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 No. 313-Z "About traffic" the following changes:
1. State Article 1 in the following edition:
"Article 1. Legal regulation of the relations in the field of traffic
The relations in the field of traffic are governed by this Law, Traffic regulations, other acts of the legislation, international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, and also the international legal acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union.
If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
2. In Article 4:
in part one:
from the paragraph of the fifth word "according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus" to exclude;
to exclude from the paragraph of the sixth word "according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus";
from part two and the paragraph of the fifth to exclude parts three of the word "Republic of Belarus".
3. In Article 5:
the second to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
"international car driver license.";
the third and fourth to state parts in the following edition:
"Effective period of the car driver licenses issued in the Republic of Belarus constitutes ten years if other is not provided by legal acts. The car driver licenses issued till February 1, 2011 keep the action during the term for which they were issued. Effective period of the international car driver license is limited to expiry date of the car driver license specified in the paragraph the second to part two of this Article or constitutes three years depending on what term will come earlier.
