About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" concerning distribution of operation of the law on board members of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine, Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment, the Pension fund, the Supervisory board of the Pension fund and the corresponding officials

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 49, Art. 2056 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In Item of 1 part one of Article 3:

state the subitem "i" in the following edition:

"i) official and officials of other state bodies, including Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine and Pension fund, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea";

add with the subitem "k" of the following content:

"j) board members of Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine, Fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on case of unemployment, the Pension fund, the Supervisory board of the Pension fund".

2. Part third of Article 25 to add with words "persons specified in the subitem "k" of Item of 1 part one of article 3 of this Law (except persons specified in other subitems of Item of 1 part one of article 3 of this Law)".

3. Item 3 parts six of Article 36 to add with words "persons specified in the subitem "k" of Item of 1 part one of article 3 of this Law (except persons specified in other subitems of Item 1 or the subitem "an" of Item 2 parts one of article 3 of this Law)".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
