Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 2, 1993 No. 915-XII "About self-government institutions of citizens" (in edition of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 22, 2013 No. ZRU-350) (Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2013, No. 4, Art. 96; 2016, No. 4, Art. 125, No. 12, Art. 383; 2017, No. 9, Art. 510; 2018, No. 7, Art. 431, No. 10, Art. 674, No. 12, Art. 781; 2019, No. 9, Art. of the Art. 588, 591; 2021, appendix to No. 4) following amendments and change:

Part one of Article 11 to add 1) with the paragraph the twenty ninth the following content:
