About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses concerning strengthening of responsibility for realization (leave) of medicines in the cases prohibited by the legislation and establishments of responsibility for realization (leave) of medicines to persons who did not reach fourteen years (juvenile persons)
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the following changes:
1. State Article 42-4 in the following edition:
"Article 42-4. Violation of established procedure of realization (leave) of medicines
Realization (leave) of medicines in pharmaceutical institutions without recipe in the cases prohibited by the legislation
involves imposing of penalty from fifty to hundred free minima income of citizens.
Making of violation, repeated within the year, provided by part one of this Article for which person was already subjected to administrative punishment,
involves imposing of penalty from hundred to two hundred free minima income of citizens.
Realization (leave) of medicines in pharmaceutical institutions, including with use of information and communication systems by remote method (electronic retail trade by medicines) to person which did not reach 14-year age (juvenile person) and also delivery of medicines to the final consumer - to person who did not reach 14-year age (juvenile person)
involve imposing of penalty from two hundred to three hundred free minima income of citizens.
Making of violation, repeated within the year, provided by part three of this Article for which person was already subjected to administrative punishment,
involves imposing of penalty from three hundred to four hundred free minima income of citizens".
2. To add Article 221 after figures "42-2" with words and figures "parts three and the fourth Article 42-4".
