About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" concerning assistance within the epodderzhka Program

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2021" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2021, No. 16, Art. 144; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of January 29, 2021 No. 1158-IX of April 15, 2021 No. 1393-IX, of April 29, 2021 No. 1434-IX, of June 17, 2021 No. 1558-IX and No. 1563-IX, of July 15, 2021 No. 1690-IX, of October 8, 2021 No. 1807-IX, of November 4, 2021 No. 1858-IX and of December 2, 2021 No. 1931-IX) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the second to replace figures "1.196.526.126,3" and "1.044.008.673,7" respectively with figures "1.206.726.126,3" and "1.054.208.673,7";

in paragraph three of figure "1.434.142.052,2" and "1.267.991.697" to replace respectively with figures "1.444.342.052,2" and "1.278.191.697".

2. Add with article 39 of the following content:

"Article 39. Determine that in 2021 as exception of provisions of Article 97 of the Budget code of Ukraine, the additional grant from the government budget to local budgets on calculations for the energy carriers and utilities during heating season consumed by the organizations, the organizations, the companies containing from the corresponding local budgets is distributed between local budgets which index of the taxable capacity less 0,9, regional public administrations and affirms the decision on the regional budget".

3. Add the Section "Final provisions" with Item 12 of the following content:

"12. Determine that procedure for assistance within the epodderzhka Program, its size and requirements to subjects affirm the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
