About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning refining of procedure for access to the Unified state demographic register

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About notariate" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 39, Art. 383 with subsequent changes):

Part third of Article 43 to replace 1) with two new parts of the following content:

"Identification is performed according to the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or other identity documents provided by the Law of Ukraine "About the Unified state demographic register and documents which confirm citizenship of Ukraine prove the identity or her special status", to the national passport of the foreigner or the document replacing it to the certificate of person with disability or the participant of World War II, to the certificate issued on place of employment of physical person. The certificate of the driver, identity of the seaman, crew member, person with disability or the participant of World War II, the certificate issued on place of employment of physical person cannot be used by the citizen of Ukraine for establishment of his personality during the conclusion of transactions.

When making notarial action the notaries, officials making notarial actions check validity of documents according to the Unified state demographic register if documents were processed using means of this Register".

With respect thereto the fourth to consider part part five;

Part the second Article 46-1 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The notary during making of notarial actions uses data of the Unified state demographic register, and also the State register of acts of civil status of citizens, the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming, other unified and state registers functioning in system of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine".
