following rate of the further development of integration processes provided by the Agreement on the Customs union and the Common economic space of February 26, 1999

expressing intentions to provide collateral actions on overcoming effects of financial and economic crisis,

recognizing inefficiency of acceptance of unilateral measures for exit from economic crisis,

aiming to protect the goods and monetary markets of the State Parties of the this Protocol,

aiming to create optimum mutually advantageous conditions for expansion of mutual trade,

agreed to realize the following collateral actions:

I. Development of mutual trade

1.1. Consider necessary that further development of mutual trade in free trade regime assumes accomplishment of the conditions fixed in agreements on the Customs union and other documents accepted by governing bodies of integration.

1.2. Hold operational interdepartmental consultations about cancellation of the imposed temporary bans and restrictions in trade between the State Parties of the Customs union.

1.3. Make necessary changes to Regulations on procedure for approval of projects and decision making by the governments concerning forming of the Customs union of April 28, 1998 of N20.

1.4. Accelerate preparation and acceptance of the approved mechanism of application of temporary protective measures in trade between the State Parties of the Customs union.
