1. Establish additional non-working days in 2022:
a) for all workers (irrespective of types of business week): Monday January 3, Tuesday March 22, environment March 23, Tuesday May 3, Monday July 11, Friday September 2;
b) for workers in case of six-day business week: Tuesday January 4, environment May 4, Tuesday July 12, Saturday September 3 and Saturday December 31
.2. Transfer in 2022 for workers in case of five-day business week the days off in the following procedure:
since Saturday January 8 on Tuesday January 4;
since Saturday May 7 on environment May 4;
since Saturday July 16 on Tuesday July 12.
3. Determine that:
in state-financed organizations the additional non-working days established by the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this Decree are compensated for the account of reducing duration of annual labor leave of workers for five working days;
in case of determination of the size of the average monthly earnings kept during annual labor leave the actual duration of labor leave with addition to it the additional non-working days established by the subitem "an" of Item 1 of this Decree is considered;
duration of annual labor leave taking into account reducing cannot be less than fifteen working days;
