2. Determine that:
participants of SEZ "Baysun-pharm" are participants of SEZ "Termez" from the date of liquidation of SEZ "Baysun-pharm" in accordance with the established procedure. At the same time the payment for inclusion in the register of participants of SEZ "Termez" is not levied from them;
all privileges and guarantees established by the legislation completely extend to the entrepreneurship subjects which became participants of SEZ "Termez" according to the paragraph to the second this Item;
The state unitary enterprise "Directorate of the Free Economic Zone Termez" is legal successor by the rights, obligations and agreements of the State unitary enterprise "Directorate of the Free Economic Zone Baysun-pharm";
means in the authorized capital of the State unitary enterprise "Directorate of the Free Economic Zone Boysun-pharm" return to reserve fund of the Cabinet of Ministers;
