in view of provisions of the Statement of presidents of the State Parties of the Customs union "About ten simple steps towards to simple people", adopted by the Decision of Interstate Council of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation of April 28, 1998 No. 25,
agreed as follows:
The parties will create favorable conditions for free implementation of money transfers physical resident persons.
Bank money transfers without opening of the current account can be made in any currency at the choice of the physical person - the resident making transfer.
National (central) Banks within 6 months after signing of the this Protocol will determine maximum amounts of the bank money transfers made without opening of the current account on bilateral basis.
Postal money transfers are accepted in national currency of the state of giving of transfer and are paid in national currency of the state of purpose of transfer.
Post administrations and national (central) banks of the State Parties of the Agreement determine maximum amounts and procedure for recalculation of postal money transfers on bilateral basis.
Postal money transfers on socially important non-commercial payments are made according to the Agreement on procedure for money transfer to citizens on socially important non-commercial payments of September 9, 1994.
