About modification and amendments in the Code of civil procedure of Turkmenistan

9, Item 3 parts one of Article 16, Item 1 of Article 116, the name and parts one and third Article 130, Article parts three 217, Item 10 parts two of Article 268 of the word of "public administration" shall be replaced with words 1) in Article part one "executive authority";

"Article 43-1. Transition to consideration of the case on regulations of administrative judicial proceedings

1. 2. If other requirements imposed on court which are subject to consideration according to the procedure of administrative judicial proceedings are subject to consideration in this court, then according to the legislation of Turkmenistan on administrative judicial proceedings the judge takes out determination about adoption of the action for declaration in judicial proceedings based on the copies of the action for declaration and the relevant documents attached to it confirmed with the judge.
