1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus of July 25, 2011 No. 124 "About approval of the Regulations on orphanage, the children's village (town) and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus":
to exclude from the name of the word "and recognition voided some resolutions of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus";
from word preamble "item 4 of article 19 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about education," to exclude;
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(is applied)";
in Regulations on orphanage, the children's village (town) approved by this resolution:
in Item 9 of the word "the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and international treaties" shall be replaced with words "the legislation and international treaties of the Republic of Belarus";
