RESOLUTION OF THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2013 No. 202 and of December 31, 2013 No. 214

Based on paragraphs of the tenth, twelfth and fourteenth Item 1 of Article 21, No. 305-Z "About notariate and notarial activities" and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: parts two of Item 1 of article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of December 24, 2013 No. 202 "About notary office and notarial bureau":

state preamble in the following edition:

"Based on the paragraph of the tenth Item 1 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" and parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 305-Z";

in Item 1:

to exclude the word "enclosed" from paragraph one;

paragraphs two and third to add with the word "(is applied)";

in the Regulations on notary office approved by this resolution:

in Item 1 of the word of "notary offices" shall be replaced with words "notary office";

in part one of Item 2 of the word" (stops the activities) according to the decision" shall be replaced with words "it (is abolished) according to the decision corresponding";
