About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About citizenship of Ukraine" concerning the simplified acquisition of citizenship of Ukraine separate categories of persons

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About citizenship of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 13, Art. 65 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in paragraph seven of the word "foster tutors" to exclude;

paragraphs the tenth, thirteenth and seventeenth to state in the following edition:

"accommodation in the territory of Ukraine on legal causes - residence in Ukraine of the foreigner or stateless person which have in the passport of the citizen of the former USSR of sample of 1974 mark about permanent or temporary registration in the territory of Ukraine or registered the national passport in the territory of Ukraine, or have the certificate on permanent or temporary residence in the territory of Ukraine, or have the military ID issued to the foreigner or the stateless person who in accordance with the established procedure signed the contract on passing of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine or have the certificate of the refugee or the document confirming provision of shelter in Ukraine";

"the reason of non receipt of the document independent from the face on the termination of foreign citizenship (citizenship) - lack of distribution to person at whom authorized bodies of the state of his nationality (citizenship) accepted the petition for the termination of foreign citizenship (citizenship) authorized body of such state of the document on the termination of nationality (citizenship) of person in the time established by the legislation of foreign state (except cases when to person it was refused the termination of nationality (citizenship) or within two years from the date of submission of the petition if term is not established, or absence in the legislation of foreign state of the procedure of the termination of his nationality (citizenship) at the initiative of person or non-realization of such procedure";
