1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning establishment and determination of standard rates of consumption of utilities and standard rates of consumption of utility resources.

2. Determine that public authorities of the Republic of Dagestan, the Republics of Ingushetia, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania have the right to accept concerning all or certain municipalities located in the territory of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation, the solution on application till January 1, 2023 of standard rates of consumption of utilities and standard rates of consumption of the utility resources for the purpose of content of common property in the apartment house approved in subjects of the Russian Federation with similar climatic conditions. The specified decision is subject to publication on the official site of public authority of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation on the Internet within 5 working days from the date of its acceptance.
