1. Approve "Procedure for providing persons having heritable diseases of blood - hemophilia and thalassemia, sanatorium treatment" it (is applied).

1. This Procedure is prepared for the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.6 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state care of persons having heritable diseases of blood - hemophilia and thalassemia" of July 18, 2005 No. 264.
2. Persons having heritable diseases of blood are provided with sanatorium treatment on the basis of the direction of medical institutions.
3. For persons who got sick with heritable diseases of krovigemofiliya and thalassemia which have medical direction on sanatorium treatment by the attending physician the medical record of special form (form 072/u) approved by the Ministry of Health is filled in.
