About modification of the Technical regulation about emission limitation of volatile organic compounds owing to use of organic solvents in paints and varnishes for constructions and repair of wheel vehicles

According to part two of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity", to the subitem 169 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 to No. 124), I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Technical regulation about emission limitation of volatile organic compounds owing to use of organic solvents in paints and varnishes for constructions and repair of wheel vehicles approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of October 2, 2018 No. 1394, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 30, 2018 for No. 1228/32680, the following changes:

Item 4 in paragraph nine the word "basis" to replace 1) with the word "surface";

Item 7 paragraph two after the words "products subcategory" to add 2) with words "(digital or alphabetic, in connection with tables of content of LOS)";

Appendices 1 and 2 to this Technical regulation to be reworded as follows 3) which is applied;

4) in appendix 3 to this technical regulation of letter and figure of "ASTMD 2369" to replace with letters and figures "GSTU:ASTM D2369:2019 (ASTM D2369-10 (2015) е 1, ІDT)".

2. To provide to management of price policy and real production sector in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
