About modification of the Regulations on the organization of risk management system in banks of Ukraine and banking groups

According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 44, 66 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of creation of conditions for proper introduction by banks of Ukraine and banking groups of organizational actions for risk management the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the organization of risk management system in banks of Ukraine and banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 11, 2018 No. 64 (with changes), the following changes:

The subitem 30 of Item 3 of Chapter 1 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"30) risk profile - the result of assessment of level of risks of bank for certain date before accounting died for risk minimization, and also taking into account such actions, by each of types of risk and in aggregative type;";

Chapter 31 of the Section III after Item 215 to add 2) with new Item 215-1 of the following content:

"215-1. The bank represents funding plan in crisis situations to authorized employees of National Bank according to their requirement in type:

1) the electronic version of the plan created in the Microsoft Word and Excel formats with appendix of the scanned copies of all pages containing data on approval and/or signing of the document by authorized bodies / persons of bank or

2) the electronic document signed by the qualified digital signature of corresponding authorized person of bank.";

Chapter 48 of the Section VI after Item 308 to add 3) with new Item 308-1 of the following content:
