About modification of the Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners

According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 26, 27 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of providing requirements of the Law of Ukraine of June 30, 2021 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of questions of the organization of corporate management in banks and other questions of functioning of bank system" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: No. 1587-IX

1. Bring in the Regulations on features of reorganization of bank according to the decision of its owners approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 189, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 12, 2008 for No. 845/15536 (with changes), the following changes:

Item 1.6 of Chapter 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1.6. Participating banks of reorganization shall correspond certain Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity" and regulatory legal acts of National Bank to requirements of economic standard rates of activities, bank management, and also requirements to which there shall correspond legal entity for receipt of the banking license.";

Paragraph two of the subitem 1 of Item 4.8 of Chapter 4 to state 2) in the following edition:

"the bank reorganized by allocation, bank legal successor will not answer with certain Law on banks and regulatory legal acts of National Bank to requirements of economic standard rates of activities, bank management, and also requirements to which there shall correspond legal entity for receipt of the banking license;";
