About measures of support of needy citizens (families) in the form of decrease in the amount of payment for electrical energy
For the purpose of support to needy citizens (families) in the conditions of increase in prices for socially important goods, being guided by article 71 of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, I decide:
1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- determine since January 1, 2022 rate for electrical energy for the needing citizens (families) having children up to 16 years receiving public welfare payment "uy-buly lump" in the amount of 50,0 of tyyyn for 1 kWh in case of consumption to 700 kWh a month;
- take the measures following from this Decree, including providing introduction in accordance with the established procedure of changes in regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of official publication.
