1. Approve "Rules and cases of conducting examination of prints of the state assay brands and personalized brands" (are applied).

Rules and cases of conducting examination of prints of the state assay brands and personalized brands

1. These rules are prepared for the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of Item 1.16 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About precious metals and gemstones" of November 22, 2005 No. 317 and establish rules and cases of conducting examination of prints of the state assay brands and personalized brands.

2. Examination of prints of the state assay brands and personalized brands is carried out based on the official appeal of legal entities and physical persons (further - person) and establishes reality of prints of assay brands and personalized brands of the products made of precious metals.
