About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)"

Article 1.

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About state registration of legal entities, branches (representations)" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 2, the Art. 130) the following changes:

1) in all text of the Law the word "Government" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;

2) Article 5 to recognize invalid;

"Article 9. Registration fee

1. In case of registration of the legal entity, branch (representation) collection according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic on the non-tax income is levied.

In case of state registration (re-registration) and registration of the termination of activities of the public and local government offices by registering body collection is not levied, except for payments for blanks products.

2. Collection for state registration (re-registration) is brought before receipt of the certificate on state registration (re-registration), in case of activities termination registration - until provision of documents in registering body.";

"17. The procedure for electronic registration of legal entities, branches (representations) and issue of the registration certificate of legal entities is electronically determined by the Cabinet of Ministers.";
