About approval of changes and recognition voided some orders of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), to Item 5 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 28, 2021 No. 854 "Some questions of reimbursation of medicines according to the program of the state guarantees of medical attendance of the population" for the purpose of reduction in compliance to new procedure for reimbursation of medicines I ORDER:

1. In the paragraph the second Item 5 of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 19, 2005 No. 360 "About approval of Rules of writing out of recipes on medicines and products of medical appointment, the Procedure for leave of medicines and products of medical appointment from drugstores and their structural divisions, the Instruction about procedure for storage, accounting and destruction of prescription forms", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 20, 2005 for No. 782/11062, and figure "of March 17, 2017 No. 152 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 27, 2019 No. 135)" shall be replaced with words also in figures "of July 28, 2021 No. 854".
