About modification of the Procedure for selection and functioning of primary dealers

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 14, 2009 to No. 363 "About introduction of institute of primary dealers in the market of government securities", for the purpose of enhancement of functioning of institute of primary dealers I ORDER:

1. Make changes to the Procedure for selection and functioning of primary dealers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 10, 2009 No. 757, registered on July 3, 2009 for No. 596/16612, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to department of debt policy:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Ulyutin D. V.

Procedure for selection and functioning of primary dealers

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure establishes the procedure of selection of primary dealers and the principles of their functioning.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in such value:

selection of primary dealers - competition which is held by the Ministry of Finance according to this Procedure by results of which agreements on cooperation in the market of government securities are signed with winners of tender (further - the agreement);
