For the purpose of ensuring accomplishment of subitem 1.13 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 9, 2005 with No. 280 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors", the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:
1. Approve "Rules of use of the purposes of drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors, necessary for veterinary science, and their list" (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
