1. Approve "The procedure for satisfaction of the additional requirement which arose at the patient moving en route through the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic in drugs and psychotropic substances for treatment continuation" (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.

1. This Procedure establishes procedure for satisfaction of the requirement which arose at the patient moving en route through the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic in drugs and psychotropic substances for treatment continuation.
2. If the patient moving en route will have additional requirement for drugs and psychotropic substances for treatment passing, he shall address in writing to the Ministry of Health of the Azerbaijan Republic.
3. Together with the written address of the patient, moving en route, shall submit the medical document that it has disease requiring use of drugs and psychotropic substances (with indication of their name, quantity, dosage form, procedure and term of acceptance) issued by the relevant authority of the country of its accommodation.
