About modification of the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 33, of 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of procedure for conducting cash transactions by subjects of managing in national currency in Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Regulations on conducting cash transactions in national currency in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 29, 2017 No. 148 (with changes), the following changes:

1) the subitem 3 of Item 3 of the Section I after the words "change, turnover, memorable" to add with words "banknotes and";

2) in the Section II:

to add the subitem 5 of Item 8 with words and figures "and parts four of Article 17 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine "About the State bureau of investigations";
