Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, Art. 26; No. 29, Art. 4339; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4183, 4185; 2017, No. 50, Art. 7542; 2018, No. 1, Art. 39; No. 32, Art. 5134; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4156; 2020, No. 29, Art. 4504; No. 48, Art. 7627) following changes:

1) in Article 3:

a) in Item 1 of part 2 the word "is effective" shall be replaced with words it "is not provided";

b) add with part 6.1 following of content:

"6.1. The agreement on creation of the territory of the advancing social and economic development can be signed in electronic form, signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature.";

c) add with parts 7.1 - 7.4 following of content:

"7.1. Two and more territories of the advancing social and economic development created in the territory of one subject of the Russian Federation can be integrated according to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation. At the same time the territory of the advancing social and economic development created according to such decision of the Government of the Russian Federation is considered created according to this Article including if among the combined territories of the advancing social and economic development is available (are available) the territory (territories) of the advancing social and economic development created (created) according to article 34 of this Federal Law.
