For the purpose of ensuring execution of Item 1.4 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About state registration of legal entities and the state register" of April 12, 2004 the No. 48 Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

1. Approve "Rules of maintaining, use and protection of the state register of legal entities", "The certificate on state registration of non-commercial legal entities", "The certificate on state registration of change of the name of the non-commercial legal entity", "The certificate on state registration of representation of the foreign non-commercial legal entity", "The certificate on state registration of branch of the foreign non-commercial legal entity", "The certificate on state registration of change of the name of representation of the foreign non-commercial legal entity", "The certificate on state registration of change of the name of branch of the foreign non-commercial legal entity", "Statement form from the state register of non-profit organizations and amount of the data specified in the statement", "The application form about state registration of non-profit organizations" "The state book of the register of commercial legal entities", "The state book of the register of branches and representations of foreign commercial legal entities", "The state book of the register of legal entities of the public law", "The state book of accounting of non-commercial legal entities" and "The state book of accounting of branches and representations of foreign non-commercial legal entities" (are attached).

Rules of maintaining, use and protection of the state register of legal entities

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are prepared according to the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About state registration of legal entities and the state register" of April 12, 2004 No. 48 and establish rules of maintaining, use and protection of the state register of commercial, non-commercial and legal entities of the public law, religious structures, representations and branches (further - structures) foreign legal entities, and also representation or branch of the legal entity who passed on state registration and also the rule of maintaining the state register of other structures (further the state register)
