Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 20, 2004 No. 166-FZ "About fishery and preserving water biological resources" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 52, Art. 5270; 2007, No. 50, Art. 6246; 2008, No. 49, Art. 5748; 2011, No. 1, Art. 32; 2014, No. 26, Art. 3387) following changes:

1) in Article 47:

a) regarding 1 word of "hazardous substances" shall be replaced with words "pollutants";

b) state part 2 in the following edition:

"2. Dumping into water objects of fishery value and fishery reserved zones of pollutants which threshold limit values in waters of water objects of fishery value are not established is forbidden.";

2) Article 48 to recognize invalid;

"Article 49. Fishery reserved zones

1. The water object of fishery value or its part with object or its part adjoining to it the territory which are important for preserving water bioresources of especially valuable and valuable types can be announced by fishery reserved zone.

2. In fishery reserved zone the specific mode of economic and other activity for the purpose of preserving water bioresources, including preserving conditions for their reproduction, and creation of conditions for development of aquaculture and fishery is set.

3. In fishery reserved zones can be prohibited fully or partially, it is permanent or temporary or the following types of economic and other activity are limited:

1) exploration and production of minerals;

2) navigation;

3) transportation of hydrocarbons and products from them pipeline transport;

4) alloy of wood (forest products);

5) the activities involving changes of the hydrological mode, except for implementation of actions for fishery melioration;
