1. Agree with offers of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" and shareholders of the companies and companies of oil and gas industry on structural reorganization of NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" providing:
reorganization of Uzgeoburneftegazdobycha joint-stock company and education on its base of Uzgeoburneftegaz and Uzneftegazdobycha joint-stock companies;
creation of Uzneftegazstroyinvest joint-stock company;
transfer of the Shurtansky gas-chemical complex to structure of Uzneftegazdobycha joint-stock company;
accession of Ustyurt Geophysical Expedition, Amirabadsky Geophysical Expedition, Fergana Geophysical Expedition and Bukhara Geophysical Expedition joint-stock companies, and also Yakkabagsky Geophysical Expedition unitary enterprise to JSC Uzbekgeofizika;
transformation of Avtogaz joint-stock company to Avtogazsbyt affiliated enterprise by accession it to JSC Uztransgaz;
creation of Board of governors of NHK "Uzbekneftegaz" and change of functions of Board of holding company.
