According to Articles 7, 15, 55, 56, 58 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 9, 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", to the Law of Ukraine of June 30, 2021 No. 1587-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of questions of the organization of corporate management in banks and other questions of functioning of bank system", for the purpose of enhancement of requirements for identification of banking groups and to determination of the responsible person of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banking group
1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for identification and recognition of banking groups approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 9, 2012 No. 134, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2012 for No. 708/21021 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in the Section I:
in the note 1 of Item 2 of the word and figures of "Provision (standard) of financial accounting 25 "" Shall be replaced with words the financial statement of small business entity also in figures of "National provision (standard) of financial accounting 25 "The simplified financial reporting";
