About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses concerning activities of the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan

To add 5) with Article 874-1 of the following content:

"Article 874-1. Conditions and procedure for proceeedings about administrative offense concerning the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Republic of Kazakhstan during the term of the powers cannot be subjected to the drive, measures of administrative punishment imposed judicially without the consent of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
