About modification of Methodology of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to item 4 of the Protocol on procedure for forming and distribution of official statistical information of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix No. 4 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Methodology of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2018 No. 210, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective since July 1, 2022.

The changes made to Methodology of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. In Item 3:

a) after the paragraph of the fourth to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"the partner - person acting as the party of the foreign trade transaction with the importer or the exporter;";

b) in paragraph seven of the word "with the Agreement" shall be replaced with words "with the right of the Eurasian Economic Union".

2. Add with Items 21.1 and 21.2 of the following content:

"21.1. For the purpose of harmonization authorized bodies perform information collection in forms of statistical documents which shall contain the following obligatory data:

a) direction of movement of goods (import or export);

b) commodity code according to the CN FEA EEU;

c) description of goods;

d) country of destination of goods;
