To add 1) with Article 13.1 of the following content:
"Article 13.1. Hospitalization of the person suffering from mental disturbance, who is held in custody in the medical organization giving mental health services in stationary conditions
(1) Hospitalization of the person suffering from mental disturbance, who is held in custody in the medical organization giving mental health services in stationary conditions is performed based on the judgment which took legal effect passed on the bases and according to the procedure which are established by the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation.
(2) Person hospitalized in the medical organization giving mental health services in stationary conditions is in it during the term established by court, and at least once a month is subject to obligatory psychiatric survey by the commission of psychiatrists of the specified medical organization which determines state of his health and possibility of carrying out with it legal proceedings. The medical organization giving mental health services in stationary conditions at least once a month informs body of preliminary inquiry, court in which production there is criminal case, by means of the direction of the conclusion about results of obligatory psychiatric survey on results of obligatory psychiatric survey.
