"7. The cars and motor-vehicles belonging on the property right to physical persons and which are traded on by them it is exclusive, not connected with other activities, including with provision of services on transportation of passengers and baggage by automobile taxi, implementation of transportations of passengers, use of the individual transport in the office purposes, are not subject to technical inspection, except as specified, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, and also the acts constituting the right of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning check of fulfillment of requirements to the vehicles which are in operation in case of modification of their design.
8. If concerning the vehicle technical condition in the form of technical inspection is performed and the diagnostic card containing the conclusion about vehicle compliance to mandatory requirements of safety of vehicles is issued, technical condition of this vehicle in the form of the state control (supervision) of traffic safety is not performed, except as specified visual detection of signs of availability at it the technical defect creating traffic safety hazard.
