About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

Based on the paragraph of the fourth Item 8 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 2006 No. 289 "About structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus", paragraph two of Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2021 No. 284 "About fishery and fishing economy", Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 29, 2021 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" and item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2021 No. 423 "About uniform and signs of distinction" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 372

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Instructions for use wild animals in the scientific, educational and educational, and also recreational, esthetic and other purposes in process of implementation of cultural activities approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 2, 2006 No. 700:

in subitem 20.2 of Item 20 of the word "The rules of maintaining fishing economy and fishery approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 8, 2005 No. 580" shall be replaced with words "The rules of maintaining fishing economy approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2021 No. 284";

to exclude from Item 27 of the word "and fisheries";

1.2. to exclude Item 24 of the list of the state organizations subordinated to the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 965,;
