1. Appoint the deputy minister of economy Mityansky Sergey Vitalyevich the representative of the Government of the Republic of Belarus in the Advisory board on support and development of small business in the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

2. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
