1. Violation of the requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of the responsible treatment of animals to:

1) to catching, temporary content and killing of animals;

2) to accounting of pets;

3) to content of animals in zoological nurseries, shelters for animal, zoological hotels, Items of temporary content the animal, rehabilitation centers for the animals, except as specified, provided by the paragraph third the subitem 2) of part one of article 406 of this Code;

4) to content and range of pets;

5) to transportation of the animals, except as specified, provided by the paragraph the fifth the subitem 2) of Article part one 406, parts of the 2-1 and fourth Article of 571 of this Code -

attracts penalty on physical persons in the amount of ten, on officials - in the amount of twenty, on legal entities - in the amount of thirty monthly settlement indicators.
