Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 19, 2011 No. 247-FZ "About social guarantees to the staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 30, Art. 4595; No. 46, Art. 6407; No. 49, Art. 7020; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7608; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6152; 2015, No. 48, Art. 6681; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4238; 2018, No. 18, Art. 2570) following changes:

1) in Article 4:

a) add with part 1.1 following of content:

"1.1. Lump social sum payment is provided to the employee provided that he did not receive subsidy or other payment for acquisition for the entire period of passing of public service or construction of premises at the expense of means of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation.";

b) the paragraph one of part 2 after words "the head of other federal executive body in which employees serve," to add with the words "or authorized head";

c) add with parts 6.1 - 6.3 following of content:

"6.1. The right to lump social sum payment remains for citizens of the Russian Federation, dismissed from service in law-enforcement bodies without pension entitlement and accepted during service on accounting as having the right to lump social sum payment, in case of contract cancelation and dismissal on the basis, stipulated in Item 8, 11 (in case of impossibility of transfer of the employee to other position in law-enforcement bodies) either 16 parts 2 or Item 1 or 2 of part 3 of article 82 of the Federal Law of November 30, 2011 No. 342-FZ "About service in law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation and modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation".
