Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of November 29, 2014 No. 377-FZ "About development of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol and the free economic zone in the territories of the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 48, Art. 6658; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4183; No. 52, Art. 7487; 2017, No. 52, Art. 7928; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8411) following changes:

1) in Article 10:

a) part 2 after the words "carried to their competence by this Federal Law" to add with the words "including by determination of types of activity which implementation in the free economic zone by members of the free economic zone is not allowed";

b) in part 5 of the word "and members" to exclude, the word "affirm" to replace with the word "affirms";

c) add with part 6 of the following content:

"6. The staff of advisory councils concerning the free economic zone affirms respectively the supreme executive body of the government of the Republic of Crimea and the supreme executive body of the government of the federal city of Sevastopol in coordination with the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body.";

2) in Article 11:

a) in the subitem "an" of Item 2 of part 1 of the word "and members" to exclude;

b) add part 3 with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) statement of staff of advisory councils concerning the free economic zone in coordination with the authorized Government of the Russian Federation federal executive body;";
