1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about procedure for opening and closing of objects of mail service of the Ministry of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus and accomplishment of the main functions by them.
2. Not apply the following regulatory legal acts of the USSR:
The instruction about procedure for opening and closing of post offices approved by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR on February 28, 1964;
The general provision about the portable post office (PPO) approved by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR on June 1, 1976 No. 8801;
The general provision about post office of post office (communication center) of system of the Ministry of Communications of the USSR approved by the Ministry of Communications of the USSR on April 13, 1977 No. 6045;
The instruction for systematization of the post and cable telecommunications agencies this about network and assignment of names by it approved by the order of the Minister of Communications of the USSR of July 23, 1982 No. 255.
3. To the republican unitary enterprise of mail service of Belpocht (Chernyak A. I.) bring this resolution to the attention of branches and structural divisions which are their part for management in practical activities.
