About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning introduction of data on the registered place of residence of persons in temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, and also document creations which prove the identity and confirm citizenship of Ukraine, or identity documents and confirming its special status

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the place of residence in Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 15, Art. 232; 2013, No. 30, Art. 343; 2016, No. 3, Art. 30):

The paragraph third to state 1) to part three of Article 6 in the following edition:

"the document in which data on the place of residence are entered. If the child did not reach 14-year age, the certificate of birth moves";

Paragraph two of part four of Article 7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"the document in which data on removal from registration of the place of residence are entered. If the child did not reach 14-year age, the certificate of birth moves".

2. Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 26, the Art. 892, No. 39, Art. 2011; 2015, 1, 1) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:

"Article 6. Providing the right of persons who live in temporarily occupied territory on receipt of documents which prove the identity and is confirmed by citizenship of Ukraine, or identity documents and confirming its special status
