1. Service records are kept on all workers working for the employer over five days if work in this organization, at the individual entrepreneur and physical person which by the legislation is granted the right of the conclusion and the termination of the employment contract with workers is for the worker the main.
2. Persons employed not for the first time shall show to the employer the service record which is drawn up in accordance with the established procedure.
Employment without service record is not allowed if other is not provided by this Instruction. The service records of old sample which are available for workers are not subject to exchange for new.
3. Going to work shall show to the employer documents according to the list established by Art. 26 of the Labor code of the Republic of Belarus.
Employment without the specified documents is not allowed.
